Laser engraving eliminates all the fading and maintenance problems associated with other types of brick marking methods such as paint, epoxy or grout filling after sandblasting or pantograph engraving. These substances, by their very nature deteriorate with time and exposure.
Using a laser beam to melt the surface of the brick produces an elegant, glass image, actually harder than the brick itself. No chemicals, additives, fillings or pigments are used during this process. The intense heat and refinement of the laser beam produces the mark.
This mark does not deteriorate due to chemicals, acid rain, infrared/ultraviolet radiation (sunlight) or any other stress from environmental factors or time. No maintenance or special care is needed. Any cleaner or weed treatment, which will not affect a clay paver, will not harm your brick installation. Your donors will appreciate the fact that after generations the engraving is still as beautiful as it looked the first day.
Our laser engraving process produces a beautiful and durable mark on all types of clay-based pavers, bricks, or tiles. Color and contrast will differ with brick type because we don't add any "magic powders" to force color change. The resulting color change is a natural reaction to the extreme heat of the laser beam.
We offer a large variety of different bricks and tiles. If you are trying to match existing bricks or have a specific brick in mind, just send us one for a free sample mark. You will be amazed how nice the mark looks.
We can adapt your artwork, clipart, murals, signatures, logos, mascots, symbols, or virtually any black and white image into an everlasting tribute in clay. We cannot produce "gray scale" images, so keep this in mind when you send us artwork. First convert to black and white to get a feel for how artwork will appear on the brick.
